Tyrone Bryan aka Monk is the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Schwarz & Weiss Agency. He’s a former Military Contracted Drone Pilot & Press Photographer with the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. And Captain of the Pennsylvania Chapter for 50 States for Ukraine. So If you want to find him, just look for a man dressed in all black that looks like he doesn’t want to be found.

Sandra Skals is a multidisciplinary visual artist working across drawing, photography, and film, with a current focus on expressive, minimalist portraiture. Her work explores identity and emotional nuance through pared-back visual language, often centered on the female form.

She holds a Master's degree in International Business Communication with a specialization in visual communication, grounding her practice in narrative structure and semiotic analysis. She has sold and exhibited her work in group and solo shows in Europe.

Sandra Skals a Creative Consultant for Schwarz & Weiss Agency based in Denmark.

She speaks Polish, Danish, German, and English fluently.

Aga Szczepanska serves as President of content and Creative Producer at Schwarz & Weiss Agency based in Berlin & Warsaw. She is highly skilled in Concept Development, Production Coordination, Music Consulting, Public Relations & Script Writing.

Ryan Jasper (@ryanjasperfilm) is Schwarz & Weiss Creative Agency’s Director of Photography and Senior Creative Consultant. Ryan is an Australian documentary filmmaker, journalist, cinematographer, colorist and film editor with 20+ years in non-fiction storytelling. He specialising in intimate non-fiction storytelling and aesthetic production craft. He has worked under some of the most prestigious film directors in the Asia Pacific, including Wong Kar-Wai, Pietra Brettkelley & Lixin Fan to name a few.

He utilising media as a means to educate, communicate and inspire positive change. He is currently working on a documentary project titled “IMPERMANENCE” filmed in China and Tibet and Tibet.

Ryan is Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Joanna Catherine Schröder aka Joanna Legid is an analogue photographer capturing people, things and places through the lense of her camera.

She has a love for the intimate moment between staged poses and a trained eye for imperfection, her specialty focuses on fashion, portraying especially women. Her work, under the artist name "joanna legid," has been featured in magazines such as Refinery29, Blonde, and Vogue. She has also collaborated with brands including Converse, Nike, MCM, and Zalando, primarily shooting editorials and campaigns.

Additionally, Joanna C. Schröder co-created "heartxwork," a magazine and studio in Berlin, which features the stories and work of BIPoC creatives from Berlin to highlight the diversity of their experiences.

Joanna is one of Schwarz & Weiss Agency’s most respected Creative Consultants.

She is Fluent in English, French and German.

Janet Kalantarian is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Schwarz & Weiss Agency. She is highly skilled in concept development, design thinking and has led the Agency’s brand identity since 2010.

Taz is Schwarz & Weiss Agency's Senior Security Operations Manager and Photographer-at-Large. He is passionate about capturing authentic moments through a story-first approach. With years of experience in security and firearms training, he brings exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail to every campaign. Whether photographing outdoor adventures, urban scenes, or unpredictable tactical environments, he creates compelling, story-driven images with professionalism and creativity.
